What committees are available and how do I sign up? [top of the page]

There are several committees the Board would like to see initiated this year and this can only be done with volunteer support. Here are the following committees:

Social/Recreation - In charge of organizing community activities to promote involvement, children's functions and community togetherness.
Yard of the Month - In charge of selecting beautiful yards April through October, who will be awarded a sign to showcase in their yard. This committee will help to promote higher standards in curb appeal.
Welcome - In charge of welcoming new owners at the beginning of each month by visiting their homes and presenting them with an information packet.
Newsletter/Communications - In charge of gathering information to communicate to all residents and to help monitor and update the community website.

When will the pool be built in my section? [top of the page]
There is no additional pool amenities slated for Bridgewater . Unfortunately, builder representatives give incorrect information at times to sell homes. We currently have two pools in our neighborhood for the use and enjoyment of any dues paid resident. In conjunction with the MUD District and the Mason Lakes community, a Splashpad was installed adjacent to the Mud Building on Clay Road . The Splashpad is a water park designed for younger kids to beat the heat.

Is my neighborhood improving? [top of the page]
First and foremost, we are all one neighborhood. We are one community that must pull together to maintain the beauty of the neighborhood. Many residents confuse their section as their "neighborhood". Bridgewater CA is one Association encompassing many sections. We all share the same access to the amenities and pay the same dues amount. Just because an amenity is situated within your section does not necessarily mean it is for the use of the surrounding residents alone.
Most of the improvements that have been implemented in various sections of the neighborhood were put in by the home builders to attract buyers.
If you have ideas for improvements, contact us and let us know.
