Pool Tag Registration and Pool Schedules for 2026

You must be a member in good standing (zero account balance) to obtain pool tags.

If you have not paid your 2026 assessment in full, you must contact Signature Association Management.

To access the pool, you will need to have a current 2026 sticker on the back of your pool identification card. If you do not have pool identification cards, you will need to have cards created for everyone in your household who are two (2) years of age and older. You can obtain 2026 stickers for free and pool identification cards are $5.00 each at one of the following pool tag registration dates:

• Sunday, April 12, 2026, 3023 North Mason Road, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Thursday, April 16, 2026, 3023 North Mason Road, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, April 21, 2026, 3023 North Mason Road, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Friday, April 24, 2026, 3023 North Mason Road, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Stickers Issued ONLY – NO Pool tags will be made on this date)
• Saturday, April 25, 2026, 3023 North Mason Road, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

After these dates, you will be able to purchase pool identification card(s) and sticker(s) from the offices of Signature Association Management during normal business hours. There will be an administrative processing cost of $10.00 per identification card and $5.00 per sticker. Please be advised that you must be an owner in good standing (zero balance) in order to obtain pool cards/stickers. If you have a delinquent account balance, please bring your account current or if you have any questions, you may contact Signature Association Management at (281) 558-5002.

2026 Pool Schedule: Mason

• Weekends ONLY in May, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Saturday & Sunday)
• Monday, May 25th (Memorial Day), 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The Mason pool will be closed on Tuesday, May 26th, for cleaning following Memorial Day.

Starting May 28th and continuing through Sunday, August 9th:

• Monday and Wednesday Closed for Cleaning
• Tuesday, Thursday through Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Monday, September 7th (Labor Day), 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

2026 Pool Schedule: Bownoor

• Saturday, Sunday & Monday May 23rd, 24th and 25th, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Schedule starting May 27th, Friday, May 29th, and continuing through Sunday, August 9th:

• Tuesday and Thursday Closed for Cleaning
• Monday, Wednesday, Friday through Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Monday, September 7th (Labor Day), 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The last official day of pool season for both pools is Sunday, August 9th, after this date, both pools will be opened on weekends ONLY until Labor Day.
